Unser Gast und Fremdenrechtsexperte Dr. Harald Hanik, Referatsleiter Aufenthalt, FA 7C, Land Steiermark informiert \u00fcber das neue System der Rot\u2013Wei\u00df-Rot Karte, weitere aktuelle Neuerungen im Fremdenrecht, Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine Visaverl\u00e4ngerung, etc. und beantwortet nach einer Pause mit Erfrischungen in der anschlie\u00dfenden Diskussion Ihre Fragen (Vortrag auf Englisch bzw. Wir bitten Sie h\u00f6flich um Anmeldung bei Joseph Dim im Nil bzw. unter 0664 \/ 36 36 869.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Informationsveranstaltung wird vom Integrationsreferat der Stadt Graz gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<h2>The Red-White-Red work permit card<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Some basic facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It can be issued to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly qualified migrants<\/li>\n<li>Skilled\u00a0 migrants\u00a0 in\u00a0 scarce\u00a0 occupations (defined according to demand)<\/li>\n<li>Other highly qualified key staff me mbers<\/li>\n<li>Foreign graduates<\/li>\n<li>Family members of migrants with status in Austria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For\u00a0 the\u00a0 migration\u00a0 of\u00a0 citizens\u00a0 from\u00a0 Non-EU Member States to Austria, specific criteria in regard to the level of occupational qualification, work experience, age, level of language skills, prospective job offers and minimum income levels are assessed on a points-based system.\u00a0 Candidates\u00a0 with\u00a0 an\u00a0 exceptionally high\u00a0 level\u00a0 of\u00a0 qualification\u00a0 have\u00a0 to\u00a0 achieve about 70 of a total of 100 points; skilled key workers in understaffed professions need to achieve 50 of a total of 75 points.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00a0 family\u00a0 members\u00a0 (the\u00a0 term\u00a0 refers\u00a0 to\u00a0 the nuclear\u00a0 family\u00a0 consisting\u00a0 of\u00a0 spouse\u00a0 and\/or registered partner, unmarried children including\u00a0 adopted and\/or stepchildren)\u00a0 of a RWR- Card holder and of third country nationals who already hold a residence permit get the RWR- Card plus, if they can prove basic knowledge of the German language\u00a0 (Level\u00a0 A1\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Common\u00a0 European Reference Framework for Languages) upon application for the visa in their home country (= before they come to Austria!).<\/p>\n<p>There are two kinds of Red-White-Red cards:<\/p>\n<p><strong>RWR-Card<\/strong>: holders are entitled to the right of permanent residence and labor market access limited to a specific job and employer at a specific location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RWR-Card plus<\/strong>: holders are entitled to the right of permanent residence and unlimited labor market access (permission to lawfully seek and engage in paid employment or establish a small business).<\/p>\n<p>The RWR- Card is first issued for the period of one year; in the renewal process- depending on the fulfillment of the criteria- an upgrade to the RWR-Card plus or to a residence permit is possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integration findet Stadt @ Baodo im Nil Information &#8211; Integration &#8211; Partizipation Aktuelle Neuerungen im Fremdengesetz: Die Rot-Wei\u00df-Rot Karte Der Verein Baodo veranstaltet in Kooperation mit dem Integrationsreferat der Stadt Graz eine Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema die Rot-Wei\u00df-Rot-Karte.
